The project is a mixed brand automobile dealership facility consisting of a large show room, drop off/receiving area, parts department and service bay.  The structure is utilizes a Pre-Engineered Metal Building frame on concrete spread footings.  Brown + Kubican, PSC provided design criteria for the PEMB, full foundation design, and design of the cold-formed framing curtainwall system.

This project was completed utilizing the design-build delivery method.  Brown + Kubican, PSC worked closely with Dean Builds during the design to develop the most cost effective structural system.

The project is a high end automobile dealership facility consisting of a large show room, drop off/receiving area, parts department and service bay.  The structure is primarily a 1-story steel frame on concrete spread footings.  The parts department has a second floor storage area.  The floor was framed with a concrete slab on composite steel deck over composite steel beams.

This project was completed utilizing the design-build delivery method.  Brown + Kubican, PSC worked closely with Burchfield & Thomas, Inc. Fab Steel, Inc. (both of Lexington, Kentucky) during the design to develop the most cost effective structural system.
